OFFICE POLICIES

My fee for a 60-minute hour is $125.

​I do offer a sliding scale.

Full payment by cash or check is due at the time of service. Although I am not on any insurance panels, I am willing to bill as an out-of-network provider. You will be charged the full fee for missed appointments unless you cancel at least 24 hours in advance or unless you are unable to come due to unexpected circumstances, such as illness, family emergency, etc.
